Our story

We saw the same problem over and over: skilled plumbers, HVAC techs, and roofers losing customers not because of the quality of their work — but because they missed a call while they were on the job. They'd finish a job, check their phone, and see three missed calls. One or two of those customers had already moved on to a competitor.

The existing solutions were either too expensive, too generic, or required hiring a receptionist. We built CallCatch to be the affordable, trade-specific answer.

What we do

CallCatch connects to your existing business phone number. When you miss a call — because your hands are in a pipe, on a roof, or inside a unit — CallCatch automatically sends the caller a text message in your business's name. That text opens a conversation that guides them through booking a job or requesting an estimate, all without you touching your phone.

For businesses that want even more coverage, our virtual receptionist service answers live calls directly, greets customers in your business name, collects their details, and routes urgent calls to you.
